Perfect Pages by Arron Shepherd – is available in paper and eformat. It is a few years old now, but still a good reference

J.A. Konrath’s blog: A Newbies Guide to Publishing – You might have to dig but there is a wealth of information on this blog. Konrath’s credits include years of traditional publishing experience as well as success self-publishing. While his experiences may not translate into the same sales for other authors, his perspectives are a good balance to statements issued by traditional publishers and he’s inspirational.
